Trucking company that used controversial strength tests that 'disproportionately screened out women' ordered to pay $500,000 in damages

In addition to paying damages to settle the sex discrimination lawsuit, a Minnesota trucking company will be required to provide job offers to women who had their positions revoked for failing the test.
